Save your time and make it meaningful

Just 2 mins now will save you and your colleagues time and make you more productive.

With over 30 years experience successfully delivering digital projects for clients from start ups to multinationals, I’ve found ways to streamline my workflow to ensure I spend my time where it makes a difference.

PODS is one of these, a technique that is simple and quick to implement, and it works.

I did not invent it.

But I’ve found it works.

What is PODS?

It is just a couple of minutes preparation, before a meeting, that makes sure you are making the meeting a worthwhile use of people’s lives.

How do you do it?

When setting up a meeting (in the email, the meeting invite or even on the paper agenda), make it clear to everyone the:

Purpose — The reason for the meeting
Objectives — What you want to achieve by the end of the meeting
Decisions — What needs to be decided during the meeting
Structure — The agenda, participants and timing

That is it.
