I’ve got a pair and the sound quality is surprisingly good, in a quiet environment. Admittedly I mainly use them for audiobooks at home so I can still hear the kids.
They don’t work for commuting as any outside noise quickly overwhelmed them unless you are in a car, but who does that anymore.
For running, the Shokz OpenFit work better as they don’t fall off and you can increase the volume with no impact on others and they are a lot more water/sweat/grime proof.
For conference calls, the Shokz OpenComm give a better sound to the others on the call.
Noise cancelling, obviously these Bose don’t do that, so some AirPod Pro 2’s would be my recommendation for flights and the tube.
So in summery, they produce a nice sound, but in limited environments.
They also make my ears sore after about 5 hours.
